The session introduced the participants to emotional intelligence and the Big Five personality traits, helping them understand the importance of self-awareness and emotional regulation. A key focus was managing anger by identifying its root causes and recognizing personal emotional triggers. The boys thoughtfully assessed whether their emotional responses were constructive or detrimental. Through interactive role-play scenarios, they practised empathy, learned to read social cues, and enhanced their communication skills. The session concluded with a reflective discussion, where participants shared their key takeaways and acknowledged specific habits they aim to improve, marking a meaningful step toward emotional growth and personal growth.
