Dr. Zaidi is Professor of Business Administration at the Lahore School. He has a University teaching experience of over 36 years. His special area of interest is Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and Accounting. He has supervised Six Doctoral Dissertation (four as Chairman and 2 as member) in the area of Organizational Behavior (tested Path-goal theory, Situational Leadership Model and so on). He is also HEC (Higher Education Commission) approved PhD supervisor in Management Sciences since 2005. He has so far written 25 research articles published in journals of international repute.
