Dr. Zaidi is Professor of Business Administration at the Lahore School of Economics. He has a University teaching experience of over 36 years. His special area of interest is Organizational Behavior, Organization Theory, and Accounting. He has supervised Six Doctoral Dissertation (four as Chairman and 2 as member) in the area of Organizational Behavior (tested Path-goal theory, Situational Leadership Model and so on). He is also HEC (Higher Education Commission) approved PhD supervisor in Management Sciences since 2005. He has so far written 25 research articles published in journals of international repute.
Dr. Zaidi served as Dean Faculty of Education at Punjab University from 2005 2ill 2008 and was nominated for Sitar-e Imtiaz twice by Punjab University (2005 and 2006). He was also founder of Director of Institute of Business and Information Technology.
