Ms.Shamila Nabi Khan, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor at the Lahore School of Economics, specializing in strategic management, organizational behavior and research methods. With extensive experience in academia, she has taught and mentored PhD, MPhil, MBA, and BBA students while actively contributing to research in corporate social responsibility (CSR), strategy-as-practice, and organizational behavior. Her work, published in leading JCR-indexed journals, explores how businesses can integrate responsible leadership, strategic HRM, and sustainability. As a recognized academic reviewer, she contributes to prestigious journals such as the Journal of Business Research and Journal of Business Ethics and has presented her research at international conferences across US, Europe and Australia.

Beyond teaching and research, Dr. Khan is committed to academic leadership and faculty development, having conducted workshops on case study teaching, mixed-method research, and experimental analysis. She plays a key role in university quality assurance and admissions panels, ensuring academic excellence. With expertise in research methods, she is proficient in SMARTPLS, AMOS, SPSS, NVIVO, Atlas and RStudio. A forward-thinking scholar, she is continuously expanding her knowledge in AI-driven analytics, sustainability, and leadership dynamics, aiming to bridge academic research with real-world business impact.
