Amina Talat

Dr. Talat is an Associate Professor at the Lahore School of Economics. She holds a PhD in Business Administration, an MPhil in Business, and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. She teaches courses in Marketing Management and Strategic Management.
Her research focuses on leadership, with particular interest in how leadership styles influence organizational outcomes. Her MPhil dissertation examined the effects of transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles in organizational settings.
