Haadiah Yasir

Ms. Haadiah Yasir is a Teaching Fellow and Research Supervisor in the Department of Business Administration at the Lahore School of Economics. Her teaching focuses on Advertising and Consumer Behaviour, where she emphasizes practical application of marketing concepts through relevant local examples. She conducted a webinar titled “Advertising Your Training Business – From Setting Objectives of the Ad Campaign to Assessing Its Impact on the Target Group” on November 30, 2022, arranged by GLC, founded by the International Finance Corporation. In her role as an MBA thesis supervisor, Ms. Yasir works with students on research design, theoretical model development, and questionnaire construction for market research. She holds an MPhil in Business Administration (Research) from the Lahore School of Economics, where she completed her thesis on the “Antecedents and Consequences of Presenteeism.” Her academic work includes journal publications and conference presentations. She co-authored the articles “Am I a Facebook Addict?” and “Role of Carroll’s CSR Pyramid in Shaping Consumer Buying Behaviour.” She has presented her research at international conferences in London and New York. She also contributed a case study titled “Globalising Apparel: Masood Textile Mills’ (MTM) Sustainable Initiatives” to Essentials of Modern Marketing, Pakistan Edition (Kotler Impact).
