Prof. Dr. Muhammad Nawaz Chaudhry, Fellow of the Pakistan Academy of Sciences and Professor Emeritus at the Institute of Geology, University of the Punjab, holds an M.Sc. from the University of the Punjab, a Ph.D. from the University of London, and a Post-Doctorate from ETH Zurich, Switzerland. He has published over 345 research papers in national and international journals in the fields of Earth and Environmental Sciences. Dr. M. Nawaz has supervised 54 Ph.D. scholars to successful completion in the field of Environmental Science. He is currently serving as the Head of the Department of Environmental Science and Policy at the Lahore School of Economics, Lahore.
