Aqsa Ejaz

Dr. Aqsa Ejaz is an Assistant Professor of OB/HRM in the Faculty of Business Administration at the Lahore School of Economics. She holds a PhD in Management Sciences from IAE Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management, France. Her research focuses on HR practices, leadership, emotion regulation, employee motivation, and the role of organizational context in shaping workplace behavior. Dr. Ejaz has published in reputable international journals, including The American Review of Public Administration, Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Management. She is actively involved in academic service, industry engagement, and applied research collaborations, with a strong commitment to bridging theory and practice in the Pakistani and global business context.
