Ismat Beg

Ismat Beg is Professor of Mathematics at Lahore School of Economics. He is also a HEC Distinguished National Professor. He has PhD in Mathematics from University of Bucharest with specialization in functional analysis and operator theory. Dr. Beg is an internationally acknowledged scholar, researcher and teacher in the field of mathematical sciences

Dr. Beg has made significant and influential contributions to the fields of nonlinear analysis, fixed point theory, fuzzy set theory, and mathematical modelling in decision sciences. His work is marked by a deep commitment to the generalization and abstraction of classical mathematical concepts, as well as their application to complex, real-world decision problems.
