Naeema Arshad

Ms Naeema received her MPhil in Cultural Studies from the National College of Arts and her MSc in Mass Communication (Film and Television Productions) from Punjab University (with distinction).
She has a passion for writing and video documentation of cultural heritage of Pakistan. Before joining Lahore School, she worked as a cultural researcher for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Naeema is fluent in Arabic and has a deep interest in Arabic literature and ancient Arab art and culture. Currently, she is working on her book “Forts of Potohar” a research that thoroughly examines the forts of Potohar, tracing their pre-Islamic history, culture, and construction to the present. I
She is a regular contributor to national newspapers and a well-known blogger.
