Sania Moazzam

Dr. Sania Moazzam has joined the Faculty of Business Administration at the Lahore School of Economics as an Assistant Professor of Business. She completed her PhD in Management from the Suleman Dawood School of Business, Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS). Prior to her PhD, Dr. Moazzam earned an MPhil in Business Administration (Research Track), an MBA in Marketing, and a BBA (Hons.) with double majors in Finance and Marketing, all from the Lahore School of Economics.

Her doctoral research examined how organizational climates, leadership styles, and personality traits interact to shape both functional and dysfunctional workplace behaviors. Her current research focuses on understanding how the quality of leader–follower relationships can mitigate harmful workplace behaviors.

Her work has been published in reputable outlets, including the Journal of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Lahore Journal of Business, Case Research Center at LUMS, and Pakistan Economic and Social Review.
